Training takes place in several stages.

Step 1

First of all, you need to practice wellaccuracy of impact. To do this, you must stand against the wall (about four meters away) and "play with the wall," ie, hit the ball so that it hits the wall, and when it flies back, try to hit it in the same part of the wall, as in the previous time.

With such an uncomplicated exercise, you will develop the accuracy of the pass. And do not forget to train a weak leg more.

Step 2

Now we are talking about receiving the ball. You will need helpers to feed the passes a bit up or slightly to the side.

If there are no assistants, thentake a simple method: move away from the wall for five to ten meters and hit the ball so that it flies from the wall to you. Always try to accept it in different ways.

Step 3

Exercise the training of hitting the ball. Remember that you need to pass accurately and powerfully. First, we'll work out the technique of hitting: hit the goal and try to hit the crossbar, beat preferably from nine to fifteen meters. If you get to hit the crossbar at least 4 out of 10 shots from this distance, then you can go to the accuracy of the strike. Do you think that you already have a great technique of striking, but the ball for some reason flies not to where it should be? So, first try to get to the right corner of the gate, then to the left, or vice versa, after you hit the center of the gate and hit again at different angles.

And finally, the power of the blow. It is not necessary to accelerate before the impact, only five steps will be enough. Move away from the ball, accelerate and make a big swing with your foot. In this case, the force of impact will come by itself, if you exercise often.

Step 4

We train the speed of jogging with the ball. To learn how to run with the ball much faster, you need to go over the field, leading the ball with different legs, while from time to time try to make jerks and stops alternately.

Step 5

Now we practice the technique of possession of the ball. Try to "juggle the ball" first on the left, then on the right foot. Such an exercise will give a good sense of the ball, you will see that it is much easier to take the ball, and you can give passes.

Step 6

The last point in training is "Bypassing players."

Of course, to "bypass players" experience is necessary, so train, involve your friends in training. You can also stick sticks into the ground and try to get around them with the ball without hurting them.
