How to rotate the "Word" table and text in the table itself
Those who have long used the editor of the "Word",knows about its versatility. The list of tools that allow you to work not only with text, but also with more complex elements, is quite large. But we will not consider everything in the article, of course. We answer only the question of how to turn the table in the "Word". Although this action seems trifling, its implementation is much more complicated. But first things first.
Create a text field
Strangely enough, but before turning inA "Word" table, you need to create a text field. This is the first thing you need to start with. The point is that there is no tool for implementing such actions with tables in the program. Therefore, we have to use tricks.
So, how to rotate the "Word" table, you'll learn a little later, and now let's create a text box.
You need to click on the tool with the same name. It is located in the "Insert" tab, or more precisely in the "Text" group of tools. After clicking on the button, you will see a drop-down box in which you need to select the appropriate way of inserting the field on the sheet. In this case, the first option is perfect - "Simple inscription".
As a result, a form will appear on the sheet, in which you can type the text, but we do not need this. In addition, this form has contours, which is also not desirable. They should be deleted.
Delete the text in the field simply - select it,using Ctrl + A, and click the Delete button. The contours are slightly harder to remove. Initially, by clicking the left mouse button on the field (to activate it), move the cursor to one of the contours and click the right mouse button (PCM). In the context menu, click the "Path" button and select "No path" in the list.
Change the direction of the table
With the creation of the text box, we have already figured out, now you can go directly to how to rotate the "Word" table.
So, the first thing to do is to select the whole table. To do this, you must point the cursor at it. Pressing the left mouse button (LMB), use the combination Ctrl + A. Or click on the square in the upper left corner.
The next item will be copying the table. You can also cut it if you do not need the original. To copy, use Ctrl + C, and to cut - Ctrl + X.
Now you need to insert the table into the text field. To do this, make the field active by clicking on the LMB on it, and press Ctrl + V to insert the table.
Half the work is done. Now you can align both the table itself and the text field to make it look more natural. Well, for a turn, use the rounded arrow at the top of the text box. With it, you can easily rotate the table in any direction. By the way, if you click on the table itself, it will equalize. In this case, its editing will be carried out at times more easily.
Now you know how to rotate the table in the Word. But that is not all.
Change the direction of the text in the table
Finally I would like to add a story similar theme. Now we will look at how to rotate the text in the table in the "Word". Fortunately, doing this is an order of magnitude simpler than changing the table itself.
You need to press the PCM in the cell where you want to change the text, and select the "Text direction" item in the context menu.
